Our website, informational emails, and comprehensive consultations—either over the phone or in person—will give you the confidence you need to feel comfortable with your choice at Permanent Choice.

Scheduling Your Visit

All appointments at Permanent Choice are scheduled in advance. To book your visit, call us at 952-898-1111 or Book Online.

When booking, please have your calendar/availability and a credit card ready to put on file.

Calling to book:

Please allow 15 minutes for your call, as our staff will need to ask questions and gather information to ensure your appointment is booked correctly.

  • Our phone staff consists of current and former hair removal technicians, so they can answer any questions you may have.
  • As a small business, we often have only one staff member answering calls at a time. Since our staff handles all locations, they may be assisting another client when you call.
  • If you reach our voicemail, please leave a brief message with your contact information, and we’ll return your call as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Booking Online:

Please note that booking online does not guarantee your appointment until it has been accepted. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your appointment is finalized. We may need to follow up by phone or text to ensure your appointment is booked correctly.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Click the "Book Now" button on the navigation bar.

  2. Log in or create your account.

  3. Choose your preferred location.

  4. Select your preferred date, time, and technician.

  5. Select your desired service(s):

    • Electrolysis: First-time clients should either book a Consultation Only or Consultation and Treatment. The Consultation Only option is for those who just want a consultation, with no treatment performed. The Consultation and Treatment option allows time for both consultation and 10-15 minutes of treatment. If you’ve had electrolysis treatments at another clinic and would like longer than 10-15 minutes, please select Consultation and Treatment and the session length you desire.

    • Laser Hair Removal: First-time clients should either book a Consultation Only or Consultation and Treatment, and select the treatment area(s) you want addressed. The Consultation Only option is for a consultation without treatment. The Consultation and Treatment option includes both consultation and treatment of the selected areas. If you've had laser hair removal at another clinic and need a touch-up or maintenance session, we recommend calling to ensure the correct appointment length is scheduled.

  6. Double-check your appointment details.

  7. Complete the form prompts.

  8. Click "Complete Booking".

* Some treatments are not available online and require a call.

Preparing for Your Treatment

Most clients are ready to begin treatments after receiving our detailed information and pricing. Your consultation will be conducted by a highly trained specialist, and if you’re ready and time allows, you can begin treatment during this same visit. Session times vary based on the treatment area, but we can provide an estimate when scheduling. It’s essential to prepare for each session by reviewing our Pre & Post Care Instructions.

Note: If you're visiting our Bloomington, Minneapolis, or St. Cloud or Woodbury locations, please be sure to check their individual location pages for specific instructions on finding the office, as some locations may have special directions.

Appointment Cancellations

Life can get busy, and we completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance through the online booking portal, by calling 952-898-1111 or emailing info@permanentchoice.com.

To honor our commitment to both clients and staff, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file for all cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Additionally, please be advised that after 2 no-shows or late cancellations, a tier 2 cancellation fee will be implemented, equal to the total cost of the service(s) booked.

Medical Insurance

Permanent Choice is able to process insurance claims for limited medical insurance carriers. If you have a diagnosis from your primary physician and hair removal is deemed medically necessary, we are able to assist in filling out and submitting the required pre-authorization forms. If your insurance company allows you to be directly reimbursed, we can provide itemized receipts for your services received at Permanent Choice.
