How BBL Photorejuvenation Works
BBL Photorejuvenation uses advanced light technology to deliver targeted energy to the skin. This energy stimulates collagen production and addresses pigmentation issues, leaving your skin clearer, smoother, and more even-toned. It’s a non-invasive treatment that fits seamlessly into your busy schedule.
Discover the benefits of BBL Photorejuvenation and let us help you achieve your skincare goals. For best results, we recommend a series of three to five treatments, spaced two to four weeks apart. Book a consultation with Permanent Choice today and take the first step toward radiant, youthful skin!
Service is available exclusively at our Maple Grove Clinic.
The Benefits of BBL™
BBL™ gently heats the upper layers of your skin using advanced pulsed light technology. This process reduces age spots, freckles, broken capillaries, and rosacea while stimulating collagen production. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas encourages new collagen formation, resulting in firmer, more youthful-looking skin. Pigmented lesions treated with BBL™ will darken and may resemble coffee grounds before gradually fading or flaking off.
Backed by groundbreaking research from Stanford University, Sciton’s BBL technology has been proven to restore gene expression of aged skin, making it appear much younger. Whether you’re addressing sun damage, redness, or uneven skin texture, our treatment delivers exceptional results.
Who is a Candidate?
Ideal Candidates: BBL Photorejuvenation is perfect for individuals seeking to address skin concerns like sun damage, redness, uneven tone, or pigmentation issues. Those with lighter skin tones often experience the most effective results, as the treatment targets pigment within the skin. Ideal candidates are in good overall health, have realistic expectations, and are committed to protecting their skin from sun exposure before and after treatment.
Unideal Candidates: Individuals with darker skin tones or certain skin conditions may not be suitable for BBL Photorejuvenation, as the technology could cause pigmentation changes. Additionally, those who are pregnant, taking certain medications, or have recently tanned skin should avoid this treatment. If you’re unsure whether BBL is right for you, consulting with our experienced team can help determine your skincare goals' best course of action.
What Can BBL Photorejuvenation Treat?
BBL Photorejuvenation is a versatile solution for numerous skin issues, including:
Sun damage and sun-induced freckles (face, arms, hands, chest, and more)
Flushing and redness
Broken capillaries, including those around the nose
Brown spots and age spots
Skin texture irregularities
Enlarged pores
Fine lines and wrinkles
The handpiece's internal cooling mechanism makes treatments more comfortable than traditional pulsed light systems. BBL™ technology utilizes the power of pulsed light to deliver excellent results in photo rejuvenation therapy.
Any area of your body can benefit from BBL Photorejuvenation. The most commonly treated areas are those frequently exposed to sunlight, such as the face, neck, chest, shoulders, and the backs of the hands.
