Cancelation / No Show Policy

Life can get busy, and we completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance through the online booking portal, by calling 952-898-1111 or emailing info@permanentchoice.com.

To honor our commitment to both clients and staff, a $25 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for all cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Additionally, please be advised that after 2 no-shows or late cancellations, a tier 2 cancellation fee will be implemented, equal to the total cost of the service(s) booked.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to tardiness, and we appreciate open communication. If you anticipate being late, kindly send a text or call to inform us.

While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, clients arriving 15 minutes or more behind schedule may need to be rescheduled to maintain the quality and punctuality of our services.

Consistent tardiness may result in a charge for the full-service amount, irrespective of whether there was sufficient time to complete the scheduled service.

Hygiene Policy

At Permanent Choice, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. As part of our commitment to providing a clean and safe environment, we uphold hygiene standards in all of our locations. We disinfect and sanitize all tools, equipment, and beds after every service to ensure a safe experience for each client. Technicians are required to wash their hands between all clients, after using the restrooms, after sneezing or coughing and we stock hand sanitizer for all clients and technicians to ensure they can uphold cleanliness at all times.

Client Hygiene Requirements:

We ask that our clients uphold similar hygiene standards when visiting our offices. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we require the following:

  1. Personal Grooming and Cleanliness:
    • Clients must arrive well-groomed, clean, and free of any contaminants, bugs, or other harmful debris before entering our offices.
    • Refrain from wearing strong perfumes, deodorants, or other scents that may cause allergic reactions.
  2. Health Considerations:
    • Please refrain from coming to an appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms or have any potentially contagious rashes or skin conditions.

Right to Refuse Service:

Permanent Choice reserves the legal right to refuse service to any client who exhibits the following behaviors or characteristics:

  1. Safety: The client is visibly ill, showing signs of being sick, or potentially contagious.
  2. Cleanliness: The client is excessively dirty or has extreme body odor that may affect the safety and comfort of others.
  3. Disruption: The client is behaving in a disorderly or disruptive manner that impacts the experience of other clients or staff.
  4. Other Concerns: The client is posing a threat to the health or safety of our workers or other clients.

By visiting Permanent Choice, clients agree to follow these hygiene guidelines to help us maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shaving 

For laser hair removal treatments we kindly request clients to arrive shaved unless specifically advised otherwise. In the event a client comes in without adhering to this guideline, a $25 fee per area may be applied to their ticket to cover the additional time and resources required.

Credit Card on File

To streamline our appointment scheduling process and ensure the efficiency of our services, we require all clients to have an active credit card on file when booking appointments. Rest assured, you will not be charged before your session, and you are welcome to use any form of payment at the time of your appointment. We value your privacy and guarantee that the information is securely stored.

Past Due Balances

Payment for all services is required at the time of the appointment. Clients with outstanding balances will not be able to schedule new appointments until the overdue amount is settled. Additionally, scheduled appointments may be canceled if the account becomes past due. If you are experiencing challenges in making payments on an overdue balance, please reach out to us at 952-898-1111, and we can discuss how we can assist you. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining financial responsibility for services rendered at Permanent Choice.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

By participating in any Permanent Choice promotion, clients agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Permanent Choice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

ALL PROMOTIONS

Modification or Termination: Permanent Choice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Final Decision: Permanent Choice reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

Limitations: Clients utilizing insurance are not eligible for additional promotions.

Refer a Friend

  1. Eligibility: The Refer a Friend promotion ("Promotion") is open to existing clients of Permanent Choice who refer a friend ("Referred Friend") to Permanent Choice for their first service.

  2. Participation: To participate in the Promotion, the referring client ("Referring Client") must be an existing client of Permanent Choice at the time of referral. The Referred Friend must mention the first and last name of the Referring Client at the time of booking their first service with Permanent Choice or in the "referred by" filed on the medical intake form provided by Permanent Choice.

  3. Discount Offer: Upon completion of the Referred Friend's first service, the Referring Client will receive a one-time 10% discount off a future service with Permanent Choice.

  4. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referring Client can collect. Referral discounts can be accumulated and applied to future services. Referral discounts do not expire.

  5. Usage of Discount: Each Referred Friend provides the Referring Client with a one-time use of the 10% discount, which can be stacked or spread out over multiple services.

  6. Validity: The discount provided under this Promotion is valid only for services offered by Permanent Choice and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

  7. Non-transferable: The discount is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Referring Client.

50% Discount on Laser Hair Removal

  1. Eligibility: The 50% Off Laser Hair Removal Treatments promotion ("Promotion") is open to all existing and new clients of Permanent Choice.

  2. Promotional Pricing: The promotional pricing of 50% off is applicable only to laser hair removal treatments and is structured on a pay-per-session basis.

  3. Exclusions: The Promotion excludes laser hair removal maintenance pricing.

  4. Lock-In Pricing: Clients will lock in the Promotion for all consecutive treatments, as long as they do not lapse more than 4 months between treatments.

  5. Lapse Policy: If a client lapses services for more than 4 months between treatments, the next treatment will be priced at Permanent Choice's most current pricing.

  6. Re-Eligibility: If a client lapses services for more than 4 months between treatments and Permanent Choice reintroduces the Promotion at the time of booking their next treatment, the client is eligible to return to the Promotion.

  7. Addition of Areas: If a client is the Promotion for one area of the body and wishes to add additional area(s), the new area(s) will be grandfathered into the Promotion.

  8. Treatment Areas: The Promotion pricing is applicable to all treatment areas offered by Permanent Choice.

  9. Non-transferable: The promotional pricing is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

Packages

  1. Eligibility: The Packages promotion ("Promotion") is open to all new and existing clients of Permanent Choice.

  2. Package Details: Packages consist of 8 laser hair removal treatments in one designated area of the body. All packages are priced per area, and clients cannot mix and match treatments within a single package, nor can the number of treatments be customized. Clients wanting multiple areas need to purchase individual packages for those areas.

  3. Payment and Refunds: Packages must be paid in full at the time of checkout after a client's 1st treatment in the package series. Clients who do not utilize all the treatments in their package will not receive a refund for the unused treatments. Unused treatments cannot be transferred to other clients.

  4. Expiration: Packages do not expire.

  5. Additional Treatments: Any additional treatments needed beyond the promotion's 8 treatments will be priced at our 50% off promotional pricing or priced as maintenance, depending on the client's needs.

  6. Promotion Limitations: Some additional promotions cannot be applied to packages, please speak with our phone staff for details on what promotions do not apply.

  7. Purchase Limit: There is no limit to how many packages a client can purchase.

  8. Redemption and Location: Packages are redeemable at all locations with all laser hair removal technicians.

  9. Non-transferable: Packages are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the purchasing client.

  10. Cancellation Policy: If a client late cancels/no-shows, the $25 cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file and will not be deducted from the paid package amount. If a client with a package is put on the tier 2 cancellation list (see policies for details) and cancels/no-shows, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged to the card on file and will not be removed from the paid package amount unless discussed with the client and Permanent Choice management.

$75 First Underarm

  1. Eligibility: The $75 First Underarm Laser Hair Removal promotion ("Promotion") is open to new clients and existing clients of Permanent Choice who have either never received laser hair removal on the underarms or have not within the past 6 months.

  2. Promotional Pricing: The Promotion grants the client a one-time discounted price of $75 for the laser hair removal treatment on the underarms. All following treatments for laser hair removal on the underarms will be priced at Permanent Choice's current 50% promotional pricing ($115).

  3. Treatment Eligibility: The Promotion is eligible for laser hair removal treatment only on the underarms.

  4. Limitations: Clients can only utilize this Promotion once, regardless of how long it has been since they have used the Promotion in the past.

  5. Exclusivity: No other promotions can be used in conjunction with this Promotion.

  6. Following Treatments: Following the initial treatment under this Promotion, subsequent treatments for laser hair removal on the underarms will be priced at Permanent Choice's current 50% off promotional pricing. The terms and conditions for the 50% off promotional pricing adhere to those outlined for the following treatments.

  7. Non-transferable: The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

BBL - 3 Areas for $750

  1. Eligibility: The BBL 3 Areas promotion ("Promotion") is open to all new and existing clients of Permanent Choice.

  2. Location: This promotion is exclusively offered and redeemable at the Maple Grove location of Permanent Choice.

  3. Service Offered: Under this Promotion, clients can receive three areas (Face, Neck, Décolleté) for the service of BBL (Broad Band Light) photorejuvenation facial.

  4. Limitations: There is no limit to how many times this promotion can be used by clients.

  5. Non-transferable: The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

Military Discount

  1. Eligibility: The Military Discount ("Discount") is available to all clients of Permanent Choice who can provide proof of military service.

  2. Discount Offer: The Discount provides an extra 10% off the total ticket price for Laser Hair Removal, Electrolysis, and/or BBL Photofacials.

  3. Combination with Other Promotions: The Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, with the exception of the 50% off Laser Hair Removal promotion.

  4. Proof of Service: Clients must show valid proof of military service at checkout to receive the Discount.

  5. Applicable Services: The Discount is applicable only to the following services: Laser Hair Removal, Electrolysis, and BBL Photofacials.

  6. Non-transferable: The Discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

  7. Modification or Termination: Permanent Choice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Discount at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

  8. Final Decision: Permanent Choice reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Discount.

  9. Acceptance of Terms: Utilization of the Discount constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Extra 25% Off - Rochester Office

  1. Promotion Details: This promotion offers an additional 25% off all laser hair removal services provided by Permanent Choice for eligible clients. Electrolysis does not qualify for this discount.
  2. Eligibility: Eligibility will be verified upon check-out.

    This offer is available exclusively to New clients of Permanent Choice in Rochester, MN, or A New You who have not received services from Permanent Choice in the past six (6) months.

  3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for services scheduled and performed between January 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025. Appointments must be booked and completed within this timeframe to qualify.

  4. Booking Requirements: Clients must mention the promotion at the time of booking and check-out. Appointments are subject to availability.

  5. Limitations: No adjustments will be made to prior purchases or appointments outside the promotion period. Promotion cannot be combined with the following, special offers: Military Discounts, Refer a Friend, $75 First Underarm, and/or Packages.

  6. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If an appointment is canceled and rescheduled outside of the promotion period, the discount will not apply.

  7. Payment Terms: Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

  8. Rights Reserved: Permanent Choice reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
