Red, white, grey, and blonde hairs, as well as very fine peach fuzz hair (vellus), typically do not respond to laser hair removal due to their lack of melanin. No laser currently exists to effectively treat these hairs, so we're transparent about the limitations and won't make unrealistic promises. Electrolysis is the best option for these hairs that laser can not treat.
